The land-only is on the market for $11 million and has been for years. There is also a 12-month-to-vacate contingency that will go into any sale agreement. Whistle Stop Stables will move to a new location in this area when & if that time comes. Please don't let the sign be a cause of concern as we'll be here for years to come!
